Ever since I was little, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people tick and how that translates to success in what they do. My passion for this intersection of psychology and accomplishment has been the through-line in both my education and leadership career, and what led me to pursue coaching.

I believe work should be a place where we both excel and thrive - and where our impact helps others to do the same.

  • EVP and Owner of a boutique private equity firm and affiliated international leasing company whose sales grew 15x during my tenure
     

  • Senior Director of 70+ person Account Management Team and four professional services organizations for a leading digital marketing agency
     

  • Principal Consultant for PwC, leading numerous teams and projects to implement large scale strategic change in organizations

  • Leadership Consultant to F500 companies
     

  • Board Member of non-profit and for-profit organizations

I hold an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, as well as an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan.

My business experience, coupled with my understanding of psychology and neuroscience, enables me to see important connections and help you create powerful solutions tailored to you and your team.

I am a certified executive and team coach and skilled in using various assessments that are helpful for raising awareness and uncovering the highest impact opportunities. With professional experience in constructing psychometrically sound assessments, I am exceptionally selective about the assessments I use and offer a highly curated set.

PERSONAL

I grew up on the East Coast and progressively migrated west until arriving in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I now happily live with my husband and two kids.

In my free time, you'll find me spending time with family and friends, reading, skiing, enjoying the food and wine culture of the Bay Area, or training with my horse.
