With over 25 years of deep business experience across numerous companies and industries, Dina understands the intense pressures senior leaders face. She works with her clients as a peer and partner as they take on new challenges.

Prior leadership roles include:

  • EVP and Owner of a boutique private equity firm and affiliated international leasing company whose sales grew 15x during my tenure

  • Senior Director of a 70+ person Account Management Team and four professional services organizations for a leading digital marketing agency

  • Principal Consultant for PwC, leading numerous teams and projects to implement large-scale strategic change in organizations

  • Leadership Consultant to F500 companies

  • Board Member of non-profit and for-profit organizations


Dina's clients include senior leaders and teams at premier brands such as Adobe, Gilead, Goldman Sachs, PwC, and Netflix; high-growth companies like Dropbox, DocuSign, Lyft, Iterable, and Stripe; and PE-backed start-ups shaping the world. 

Dina has written over 50 articles for the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Forbes on leadership and career success and is frequently featured in international media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and the BBC. She is also the author of a forthcoming book for Oxford University Press that translates cutting-edge science into practical strategies and tools for managing the increased emotional demands and uncertainties of today's work world.

Dina holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MBA with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. 


She is also a certified executive and team coach, credentialed by both the ICF and EMCC, and skilled at using various assessments that help her clients increase awareness and uncover the highest impact opportunities.

I grew up on the East Coast and progressively migrated west until arriving in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I now happily live with my husband and two kids.

In my free time, you'll find me spending time with family and friends, reading, skiing, enjoying the food and wine culture of the Bay Area, or training with my horse.
